This Vegan Egg French Toast is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. A perfect breakfast or brunch option that's entirely plant-based!

3/4cupplant-based milkAlmond, oat, soy, or coconut milk

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the JUST Egg (or substitute), plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegan butter or coconut oil.
Dip each bread slice into the mixture for 10–15 seconds, ensuring it's coated but not soggy.
Place the soaked bread in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Let the cooked French toast rest on a wire rack for a minute before serving to keep it crisp.
