For Cooking

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Form into patties and chill for 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and try different dipping sauces.
