Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 14-15 oz canned salmon or 1 lb fresh salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions

For Cooking

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Form into patties and chill for 15 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and try different dipping sauces.
