Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Fold in crumbled cake and white chocolate chips.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
