Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, natural sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a thick batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Top with chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
