Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Prosecco (brut or extra dry)
  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
  • 1 oz soda water or seltzer
  • 5-6 leaves fresh mint lightly clap to release aroma
  • 1-2 slices lime
  • ice cubes to fill glass

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to keep the drink crisp and chilled.
  • Pour in the elderflower liqueur, letting it settle at the bottom.
  • Add the Prosecco slowly to preserve the bubbles.
  • Gently top with soda water to lighten the drink.
  • Stir lightly to mix without losing carbonation.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices for a burst of aroma and zest.

Notes

For a lighter version, you can replace Prosecco with sparkling grape juice or soda water.
