Ingredients
  

Lamb Mixture

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Bowl Components

  • 2 cups turmeric rice cooked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground lamb, cumin, coriander, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Prepare the turmeric rice according to package instructions.
  • Assemble the bowls: Add a base of turmeric rice, top with seasoned lamb, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and a dollop of hummus.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with olive oil or a squeeze of lemon juice. You can also add olives or pickled red onions for a tangy twist.
