Hibachi-Style Fried Rice and Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

Fried Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, peas, and onions
  • 2 eggs scrambled

Stir Fry

  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Add sesame oil and scrambled eggs. Cook until just set.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  • Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well and cook until heated through.
  • For the stir fry, add chicken to the griddle. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add broccoli and zucchini. Cook until crisp-tender.
  • Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and toss to coat.
  • Serve the fried rice and stir fry together. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic, ginger, or a splash of sriracha to the stir fry.
