Ingredients
Fried Rice

cups
cooked rice
preferably day-old
2
tbsp
soy sauce

tbsp
sesame oil
1
cup
mixed vegetables
carrots, peas, and onions
2
eggs
scrambled
Stir Fry
1
lb
chicken breast
thinly sliced
1
cup
broccoli
cut into florets
1
cup
zucchini
sliced
1
tbsp
teriyaki sauce
Instructions
Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Add sesame oil and scrambled eggs. Cook until just set.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well and cook until heated through.
For the stir fry, add chicken to the griddle. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Add broccoli and zucchini. Cook until crisp-tender.
Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and toss to coat.
Serve the fried rice and stir fry together. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add garlic, ginger, or a splash of sriracha to the stir fry.
