Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 chuck steaks about 8 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped

  • Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer (135°F for medium-rare). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
