Beef Bacon

  • 8 slices beef bacon
  • 1 tsp black pepper optional
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the skillet or grill over medium heat.
  • Lay the beef bacon slices in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
  • If using the oven, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through for even crisping.
  • Remove from heat and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper and smoked paprika for added flavor, if desired.

Notes

For best results, cook the bacon in batches to avoid overcrowding.
