Instructions

  • For toast: Spread mashed avocado on toast. Top with cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add optional toppings like cherry tomatoes or herbs.
  • For cheesecake: Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over graham cracker crust and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes.
