Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water (110°F). Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Add yeast mixture and flour to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a greased bowl, covered, for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
Shape into a loaf and place in the prepared pan. Let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Internal temperature should be 190°F.
Notes
Customize with herbs, garlic, or seeds for added flavor.
