Instructions
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until combined. Do not overmix.
Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look dry (about 2 minutes).
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
