  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look dry (about 2 minutes).
  • Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
