Ingredients
  

Chicken and Shrimp

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined

Seasoning and Sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • chopped parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the amount of cayenne pepper. You can also add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra texture.
