Carajillo Base

hot and freshly brewed

Licor 43
or substitute with KahlĂșa or brandy

Instructions
Brew a shot of espresso using an espresso machine or a stovetop coffee maker.
In a heatproof glass, pour the Licor 43.
Slowly add the espresso over the liqueur, allowing it to create a layered effect if desired.
Stir gently if you prefer a blended flavor, or leave it layered for a more distinct taste.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or an orange twist for an added aromatic touch.
Notes
For an iced version, serve over ice and stir gently. For a creamier option, add a splash of heavy cream or whipped cream.
