Instructions
Brew a strong coffee base using an espresso machine, Moka pot, French press, or cold brew concentrate.
For a Mexican Carajillo: Fill a glass with ice, pour in Licor 43, and gently add espresso for a layered look.
For a Spanish Carajillo: Heat brandy or rum, optionally flambé it, and then mix in the espresso.
Stir for a smooth blend, shake for a frothy texture, or layer for visual effect.
Serve in a heat-resistant glass for hot versions or a short tumbler with ice for Mexican versions. Garnish with an orange twist or cinnamon.
Notes
Adjust the strength of the coffee and the amount of liquor to suit your taste.
