Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning and about 1/4 cup of water. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Add cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and a dash of salt for extra flavor.
Heat the tortillas in a pan or microwave until they’re soft and flexible.
Lay out a tortilla. Spread about 1/4 cup of seasoned rice in the center. Add a scoop of beef, followed by shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream (if using). Top with fiesta strips.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Grill the burrito on a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Slice the burrito in half and serve it with your favorite hot sauce or salsa.
Notes
For extra crunch, add more fiesta strips or try adding some diced jalapeños for a spicy kick!
