Instructions
Activate the Yeast: In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually add flour and salt. Knead for 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Proof the Dough: Let dough rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
Spread Cinnamon Filling: Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, and roll tightly.
Bake: Cut into 12 pieces, let rise for 30 minutes, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
Prepare Frosting: Whip cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread over warm rolls.
